1) MINIMUM RAK Company
In this case we provide the following service:
- Incorporation of the company
- Provision of registered office
- Forwarding of Company Registrar mail by email, with explanatory letters
MINIMUM RAS AL KHAIMAH: EUR 1850
Annual fee (as of 2nd year): EUR 1495
We offer also ASSISTANCE WITH OPENING OF A BANK ACCOUNT:
Thanks to our excellent relationship with local banks, we can help the client with filing all the forms and informing him of the supporting documents involved: for this service, we charge EUR 680. For the assistance with obtaining of a debit card we charge EUR 560.
Please note that in all of the UAE, it is mandatory for the signatory of the bank account to visit the bank personally.
For assistance with drafting resolutions, we charge EUR 100 extra.
For filing forms with the registrar we charge EUR 80 + cost.
Additional services include the VIRTUAL OFFICE PACKAGES:
A. SHARED VIRTUAL OFFICE
- Mailing address for other mail than the above (shared with other client-companies). EUR 350 a year. We will forward scans of the mail by email.
- Fax number (shared with other client companies): EUR 150 per year, including forwarding of faxes by email.
- Telephone number (shared with other client companies): EUR 280 per year, including taking messages, number can be forwarded to a phone number abroad (in this case, we require a deposit of EUR 600 to cover calling expenses).
B. PREMIUM VIRTUAL OFFICE
We also offer premium services, in this case the mailing address, fax number, telephone number is not shared with more than 15 other client companies.
C. UNIQUE VIRTUAL OFFICE
Finally we also offer a fax and telephone number that are unique for the company. The telephone can then be answered in the name of the company:

With this option, we supply the directors as well. For the provision of nominee directors we charge EUR 740 annually. The basis virtual office services (address, telephone and fax) are mandatory.

Signing of contracts EUR 180 per contract
Additional filings with Registrar EUR 60 per form + costs
